Business Email is mailboxes on your domain with spam filtering and mobile sync, priced per mailbox. Enterprise Email adds the collaboration suite (shared calendars, contacts, drive, meetings and chat) and the security and compliance controls larger teams need: SSO, DLP, archiving, eDiscovery, retention and audit logs.

Yes. Your domain and every address stay exactly as they are. We migrate the mail and update the DNS records; nobody has to change their address or tell their contacts.

You give us admin access, we copy every user’s mail, folders, labels, calendars and contacts to the new platform while the old one keeps running, then we switch the MX records at a time you choose, usually overnight. Anything that arrives on the old system during the switch is synced across. Migration is free.

In the region you choose when you sign up: our Lagos data centre by default for African companies, or Europe if you prefer. Backups stay in the same region and data is never moved without your consent.

Yes. Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and every mobile mail app connect over IMAP and SMTP, with calendars and contacts syncing via CalDAV and CardDAV. Push mail on phones is supported, and the webmail works in any browser.

Yes, on the Enterprise tiers. Set how long messages are retained by user or group, place mailboxes on legal hold so nothing can be deleted, and search the archive with eDiscovery for audits or requests.

No minimum: the Team tier starts at one user. Pay monthly or yearly, add or remove users at any time and only pay for active accounts. Enterprise Plus is quoted per company with an SLA.
